Team Efforts.. 100 Points.

We all want to work in an environment which is exciting , enthusiastic and helps us achieving goals at work place.
One of the common problem noticed is co-worker conflicts, which steals an amount of energy, mind and may make us little less productive.

IT is a field where Team efforts should be on top as we want to make our assignments a big success. Unfortunately, in my past experience, I have noticed that sometimes there was a lack of team work and co-worker conflicts which can be avoided.
I think, Individuals and Human Resources departments in IT should take one more step ahead and look forward to resolve these co-worker conflicts and we should have better performance reviews with a key area "Team work " to take seriously, which can help IT organizations achieve much better results.
